Grooming Services for Dogs

Our Full Groom Service includes:

Ø  a full brush and comb thorough prior to bathing, remove dead coat and de-tangle

Ø  minor matt removal (see de-matting below)

Ø  nails trimming, ears plucking & cleaning and anal glands  all included without extra charge

Ø  bath in quality shampoo, conditioner (they are all hypo-allergenic which are kind to even the most sensitive of skins) and hand dry or fluff dry

Ø  clip/ scissor/ style/ trim to your requirements

Bath & Dry or Dry Cut only

Ø  You don't need the full grooming being done

Ø  Quite often a bath and dry is all that's required in between the normal full grooming cycle.

Ø  You prefer to bath the dog yourself or it is scared of water or dryer. However still want to style or trim it.

Ø  The dog’s breed is short-haired so no need to clip or trim.

Nail, Ears and Glands

Ø  These can all be carried out along with the full groom service

Ø  On their own if you require.

De-Matting

Ø  Minor matt removal is part of the normal grooming service. Some breeds are more susceptible to serious matting, which is painful for the dog.  In severe cases the only solution (with your approval of course) is for the dog to be clipped on the matted areas and start again.

Ø  This is a separate service charged on an hourly basis.

Appointments

Ø  A full groom will last between two to four hours.

Ø  We will agree a time for you to drop off and pick up.

Ø  There will be flexibility on these times to help fit in with your needs.

Ø  You may wait and watch if you wish but dogs are often better behaved and calmer away from their owners – territorial and protective instincts!

Ø  Your dogs will be treated with kindness and care while they're with us. They will be provided with water, treats, toys and toilet breaks if required.
