From 01Oct11 onwards, all bookings will be done online. Please use the link below to book the appointment. A £10 deposit is required to hold your appointment and are non-refundable in the event that you miss or late for 20 minutes for your appointment. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. The rest of the payment for dog grooming will be pay in cash in the Salon.

  We are located in the Jewellery Quarter which is 5 minutes drive from Birmingham City Centre.

Whether you prefer a traditional English show grooming style or an innovative creative design, we can fulfill for your requirements.

To ensure your dog gets the 5-star attention it deserves, we only take a limited number of dogs each day.  We aim to have just one dog per session to make sure your dog gets a 100% attention and fuss. Owners are always welcome to stay and watch while we groom your dog as our parlour is open-plan. 

Alternatively, we can look after your dog before and after grooming so that you can spend time shopping or dinning in the City – this service is at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

We are UK City & Guilds Qualified, UK Dog Grooming Training Centre qualified and a qualified member of Hong Kong Professional Grooming Association.  Quality assured!
